Shipping policy

Albetar Store ships to every governorate in Egypt through trusted shipping companies.

Delivery time

Expected delivery takes 2 to 5 working days, starting once the order is confirmed and the product is available.

Delivery may take longer in remote areas, during public holidays and sale seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees depend on the governorate, the area, and the size or weight of the order. They are shown when you confirm your order, or communicated to you before shipping.

Receiving your order

Please check that the outer package is intact when you receive it. If the package is visibly damaged or has been opened, record this with the courier and contact us immediately.

If you receive a product that does not match your order or was damaged in transit, Albetar Store covers the cost of replacing or returning it, in accordance with the law.

You are responsible for providing a correct address and phone number. New shipping fees may apply if delivery fails because of incorrect details or because the recipient does not respond, unless the failure was caused by Albetar Store or the shipping company.
