At Albetar Store, we want every customer to be satisfied with every product they buy.

Exchanges and returns within 14 days

You may request an exchange or a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition, free of damage or signs of use that affect its condition.
• The product is returned with all its accessories, its original packaging where available, and any gifts that came with it.
• You provide the purchase invoice, the order number, or any other valid proof of purchase.
• The product was not manufactured, assembled or modified specifically to specifications you chose, as long as it matches those specifications.
• The product is not software or a digital license that has been activated or used, nor a product that cannot be restored to its original condition once opened, as permitted by law.

Defective or non-conforming products

If a product turns out to be defective, or does not match the agreed specifications, you are entitled to have it inspected and then exchanged, or returned for a refund, within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

You will not pay return shipping if the product is defective, different from what you ordered, or damaged in transit.

Inspection of returns

Returned products undergo a technical inspection to confirm their condition and that all accessories are included. This inspection does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or through another method agreed with you, within the legally required period once the return has been approved.
