By using the Albetar Store website or placing an order through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law.

Your account

• You must provide accurate and complete details when creating an account or placing an order, and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Albetar Store may suspend any account found to be used for fraud or for abusing the website or its offers.

Products and prices

• We take care to show product specifications, images and prices accurately. Images may occasionally differ slightly from the actual product without affecting its specifications.
• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Shipping and any additional fees are shown separately before you confirm your order.
• Prices, offers and available quantities may change without prior notice. Changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
• If a price or specification is clearly wrong, or a product is out of stock, we will contact you to amend or cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Orders

• An order is considered confirmed once Albetar Store has reviewed and confirmed it. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm.
• We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or containing incorrect details, and refund any amount paid.
• You can cancel your order or change its address from the order page in your account as long as it has not yet been prepared or shipped.

Payment

The payment methods shown at checkout are available, such as cash on delivery, InstaPay and bank transfer. A collection fee may apply to cash-on-delivery orders above a certain amount; it is shown clearly before you confirm the order. When paying by transfer, you must attach valid proof of the transfer.

Offers, coupons and points

Offers, discount codes and Invite & Earn points are subject to the terms stated for each, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may cancel any discount or points obtained in breach of these terms.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by the policies published on the website: Shipping policy, Return policy, Warranty policy and Privacy policy.

Intellectual property and use of the website

All website content, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by Albetar Store or used under license, and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. You may not use the website in any way that harms it, disrupts its operation or breaks the law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Albetar Store is not liable for indirect damages resulting from misuse of products, for loss of data, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page and do not affect orders placed before then.
