Return policy
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories and the purchase invoice. If the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, the right to inspection, exchange or refund extends to 30 days from delivery.

New products are covered by the manufacturer's or authorised agent's warranty. Used products carry a one-month Albetar Store warranty against operating defects, and used Workstation machines carry a full one-year warranty.

We do not sell customers' personal data. The minimum necessary data may be shared with couriers, payment and hosting providers, or the competent authorities where the law requires it, and only for that specific purpose.

We ship to every governorate in Egypt through trusted couriers. Expected delivery takes two to five working days after the order is confirmed, and shipping fees are set by governorate and by the order's size or weight.
